Clearing a house you've just lost someone from is hard enough without wondering whether a clearance firm is taking the good pieces for themselves. We sell everything in the house on commission, in the house, so you only pay us out of what actually sells.
If you're dealing with probate, a house sale deadline, or simply don't know where to start, a short message is enough for us to tell you whether this is right for your situation, at no cost either way. No need to call, write, record a voice note, or send a short video, whatever's easiest.

I'm Dan. We went through a house clearance as a family recently, and found there wasn't a good option in between doing it all ourselves and losing everything to a clearance firm. It was either list things one by one on Marketplace, eBay, and other forums, or pay someone to take it all away and forget any of it had value. Neither felt right, and that's what got me looking at how this is done properly elsewhere. This started as a weekend project with my daughter and some family friends, partly to bring that same approach here, and partly because it's a good way to teach the girls what it actually takes to run a business. We go through everything in the house with the same care we'd want shown to our own family's things, and we only make money if you do too. If anything here doesn't make sense, or you just want to talk it through, the WhatsApp and email below go straight to me.
